DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

No, we do not. You can order as little or as much as you require. The postage or courier fees will be for your account and will be added to the invoice.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

If an item is in stock, your order will be processed within a few days. You should receive your goods within 5 working days if the item is in stock. If there are any problems we will contact you.

 

BILLING AND PAYMENT PROCESS:

You can pay by credit card, debit card or instant EFT.  Once we have double checked our stock, we will fulfill your order and send it to you. Your confirmation and track of your order will automatically be sent to you by email and by sms.

 

WHAT DOES YOUR SIZES MEAN?

Each product has its own size guide as listed with the product

Please keep in mind that garments are handmade and that sizes do differ from time to time.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT TRADE ENQUIRIES?

YES, we supply goods at wholesale prices and quantities, if required. We do require a minimum order of R10 000. Please contact us directly with your enquiry to see how we can assist you.

 

SHIPPING POLICY?

Store to door with Aramex

For just R 100 (Orders over R 2000 is Free) we will send your parcel to any destination in South Africa.

Parcels will be collected by Aramex within 48 hours after your order was confirmed and paid in full.

Domestic orders will be delivered between 24-48 hours to main centres in SA.

Aramex Store to Door Courier delivers to a signature from receiver (NO PO BOXES)

All parcels can be tracked on Aramex website by simply inserting the waybill number in the track and trace field on the homepage

 

RETURNS?

We have a 7-day money-back on return policy, after 7 days you may exchange for something else. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

REFUND WITH RETURNS? (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS WITH RETURNS? (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS WITH RETURNS? (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES WITH RETURNS? (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sfashion.co.za and send your item to: Silhouett, Shop 16 (next to Clicks), Entrance 3, Langeberg Mall, Mossel Bay, South Africa.

 

SHIPPING WITH RETURNS?

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Silhouett, Shop 16 (next to Clicks), Entrance 3, Langeberg Mall, Mossel Bay, South Africa.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

You should use a plastic sleeve from Aramex (R99,99) which you could buy from selected Pick n Pay and Fresh Stop stores nationwide.
